Shipping, Store Pick Ups & Returns



EdgeWood Farm currently only ships within British Columbia via Canada Post. All order are packaged and shipping from Quesnel, British Columbia.

We aim to get your order packaged and out the door within 48 hours. Once that has happened, we'll send you an email confirmation that your order has shipped, along with the tracking information.

Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer. 

Store Pick-ups

Orders placed for In Store Pick-up will be available at our shop at 1215 Maple Drive, Quesnel BC.  You will be contacted once your order is ready! (Please make sure to check your spam folder for our email if you don't receive it within 2 days)

Please note: Orders placed online on Saturdays and Sundays will be received and processed on the following Monday, and you will be contacted as soon as your order is ready for you to collect.

Online Return Policy

As our online return process is not automated, please email

to request a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition, and the request must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving your order. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

All items are eligible for an IN-STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. 

Please note that all Clothing MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED. 

Please note that the original receipt of sale or gift receipt must be presented.  

Store credits expire 1 year from date of issue.
